She/Her/Hers

As your counsellor, it is my responsibility to provide a welcoming and safe space free from judgement. Within this space, I hope to support you through growth and change and overcoming challenges. In counselling, we will develop goals to help you have a better understanding of yourself and how you connect to others.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Child and Youth Care, Bachelor of Education, and Master of Counselling Psychology. I have worked with children, youth, and families from birth to adulthood, since 2005 in home-based services, trauma counselling, and in schools.
I provide counselling from a person-centred and strengths-based perspective. I also have training in expressive and art-based therapy. My approach to counselling is holistic and eclectic, drawing from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and mindfulness practices. I welcome children, youth, adults, and families to my practice.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs, running, exploring outdoors, reading, yoga, and weightlifting.
