- E-Counselling -
Given the challenges that physical distance can create, we don't want that to be a road block for you to get the services and support that you need. In order to bridge the gap in services that can easily exist, Ignite offers: 'Phone Counselling' and 'E-Counselling'.
What is 'E-Counselling'? It's a virtual video session with your counsellor over your computer. We use programs like Skype and WebEx to connect with you while you're in you're home and we're not able to sit face to face with you. You may need to provide your counsellor with your e-mail address or account name in order to be able to properly connect.
Please note that sessions are not recorded and if internet capabilities are not strong enough during your session, you and your Counsellor may need to switch to a non-video option for the remainder of your time together.
